Hello whoever may look this page,

If you allow me to introduce myself, I was born in Seoul, South Korea (View Larger Map), and have immigrated to United States in 2004. At the beginning of my immigration, I was in Buffalo, New York for study, then moved to San Diego, California after getting a job. Now, I am living in San Jose working as an software engineer in the field of so called embedded systems such like TV, set-top box, or mobile phone.

This blog has been created for my personal notes at the first time, but it has been evolved to share useful information (at least I think) to the people all over the world. So, the topic of here could be various including linux, emacs, religion, Korean, stock market in US, child care, etc. No specific topic here.

Also, I may use both languages, Korean and English in this blog. If you don’t know one of the language, you can just simply ignore it.

제 블로그를 방문하여 주신 여러분, 반갑습니다.

제 소개를 잠깐 하자면, 저는 대한민국 서울에서 태어났고, 2004년에 미국으로 이민을 왔습니다. 처음에는 뉴욕주 버팔로에서 공부를 했고, 일자리를 잡아서 캘리포니아의 샌디에고로 옮겼다가, 현재는 산호세에서 TV나 셋톱박스나 모바일 폰과 같은 소위 임베디드 시스템에 관련된 일을 하고 있는 소프트웨어 엔지니어입니다.

처음에 이 블로그는 제 개인적인 노트로 활용을 했었지만, 점차 (제가 생각하기에) 유용한 정보들을 전세계 사람들과 나누게 되었습니다. 그래서, 이 블로그의 특별한 주제가 있지는 않고, 리눅스, 이멕스, 종교, 한국어, 주식시장, 아이들 교육등등 잡다한 것들을 기록하였습니다.

그리고, 저는 이 블로그에 영어와 한국어를 혼합하여 쓰는데요, 혹시 다른 언어를 잘 모르신다면, 그냥 무시해 주십시오. ^^
